Have you always wondered how to organize, present and interpret data well, or does you job require this from you now. Perhaps this course is what you are looking for! Apart from giving you the basic terminology of Statistics I show you how to make and read tables and figures, summarize data, compute probabilities and test hypotheses.

I help you to interpret statistical results in the correct way and use statistical techniques in practice. In the mean time I hope to show you that statistics is also fun. That does not mean that this is a one afternoon course. It is a thorough course of in total 9 modules, which will take each about 8 to 12 hours of study. In the end you will be able to do do your own basic statistical research.

This course is not just text. there are many pictures and interactive exercises. Furthermore you can practice using Excel or the free of charge statistical software package R.

Do you like the above course, but are you also interested in a bit more, like determining the effect of variables on each other. Then perhaps the Basi cStatistics Plus course more suitable for you! This is the same course as the Basic Statistics course plus 3 additional modules. The focus will be especially on interpreting results, and is even more thorough than the one above. There are in total 12 modules that each take about 8 to 12 study hours.

Econometrics (495,--)
Only in English, an introductory course in Econometrics. This course can be done together or without an additional textbook. It gives you insight in all the basics of Econometrics such as knowledge of known probability distributions, statistical testing, the basics of linear regression and what to do if the assumptions for this  linear regression are violated.
